STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GAIN A CAS EXPERIENCE WITH US!
FIND OUT HOW TO WRITE YOUR REFLECTION, WHAT TO ADD FOR EVIDENCE AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO COMPLETE YOUR EXPERIENCE IN THE...
1.
COME UP WITH YOUR TOPIC
You can decide your topic based on whatever or whoever interests you. Make sure your topic is appropriate for displaying and publishing
2.
VERIFY THIS EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR CAS ADVISOR
Although this creative activity is assured to be counted as a CAS experience it is always better to be careful.
You can write the following -
"Creating an explainer video on "Your Topic" with a team (animation explanation)"
3.
RESEARCH, PLAN AND WRITE
Once you have verified and choosen your topic, you can start researching and writing your writeup. Make sure to read through it a couple of times before submitting. Most importantly, you will have to add links of any website or video you have used for your research.
4.
SUBMIT AND WAIT FOR A RESPONSE
Once you submit your writeup, we will go through it and send a mail to you, approving or disapproving your writeup. Responses typically take 1 to 2 days.
5.
1 MANDATORY ZOOM CALL FOR DISCUSSION OF VIDEO
For evidence of the learning outcomes - "Initiative and Planning" and "Collaborative Skills" we will hold a zoom call for the discussion of your writeup and the layout of how you would like your explainer video. The meeting will be of around 10 minutes and its recording will be sent to you via email. Timings will be flexible.
6.
SIT BACK AND RELAX WHILE WE CREATE THE EXPLAINER VIDEO
When your video is made, you will receive a email notification. You can then use this as evidence for your CAS experience.

7.
SHARE YOUR VIDEO TO YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS
After your video is made we will send an email and message to you with the video links of - Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Share these links with all your friends and family to increase its views and help your evidence!
8.
COLLECTING DONATIONS FOR KOLBE HOME (Optional)
As promoters of Kolbe Home, one of our main goals is to collect donations for this NGO. If you would like to add the "Service" strand to your CAS experience, you can help us collect donations for Kolbe Home. You can do this by talking to your family and friends and giving them the link of our website and videos, to inform them more about the amazing NGO. If you manage to collect donations upwards of 400 rupees we will add it to our website and you can use that as evidence for your "Service" strand.
